You send the shift details
Number of workers, each shift's times, and housing and work locations.
We arrange pickup points
We set the order of stops at the housing locations if there are several, and the departure time needed to arrive before the shift starts.
We choose the buses
Bus size and number are based on the largest shift; two smaller buses may suit better than one large bus.
We agree on the contract
Contract length, operating days and invoicing. We send the drivers' details before the start.
Daily transport starts
The buses run on the agreed schedule. Any change is reported early so it can be reviewed, subject to availability.
- Plan the required arrival time at the site gate, as some sites take time to enter.
- Site entry permits and parking restrictions are the company's responsibility; mention them early in the request.
- You can request a trip supervisor. Mention it in the request so it is included in the quote.

Worker transport for multiple shifts and pickup points
Many factories and sites run more than one shift, and workers may live in more than one location. We build the schedule around that: one outbound and one return trip per shift, with stops at pickup points in a fixed order that the driver and workers know.
Departure time is worked back from the shift start time at the work site, allowing for rush-hour traffic in Riyadh. When headcount or shift times change, your company's coordinator informs the booking team early so the schedule can be reviewed, subject to availability.
