Monthly rental suits companies that need steady transport they plan once instead of booking day by day. We assign one or more buses with their drivers to your organization, and the vehicles run on the operating hours, days and work sites agreed in the contract.
Our transport contracts run from one month to one year. They include the driver, fuel, maintenance and insurance, plus a replacement vehicle or driver that we work to provide in case of breakdowns or emergencies. You get a tax invoice, with the option to pay at the end of the month.

Operations start
The vehicle runs with its driver as agreed. Any change is coordinated with the team in advance, subject to availability.
- If the vehicle breaks down, we work to provide a replacement vehicle to keep operations going, and the team informs you of the available arrangement.
- You can request a supervisor to accompany passengers. Mention it in the request so it is included in the quote.
- If you have several work sites, list them all so the number and size of vehicles can be estimated accurately.

Transport contract lengths: from one month to one year

Which monthly rental bus fits your headcount?
Choosing the vehicle starts with the number of passengers on the largest trip. For a small team, a Toyota Hiace on monthly rental with up to 12 seats is usually enough, or a Hyundai Staria with up to 10. For medium groups, the Toyota Coaster with up to 30 seats fits, or the Mercedes Sprinter in versions from 7 to 20 seats. Large shifts suit the 50-seat bus.
If work sites or gathering points are far apart, two smaller vehicles may suit better than one bus. The team suggests the right split along with the quote.
