An event's success depends on guests, speakers and staff arriving on time. We provide event organizers and exhibiting companies with buses and cars with their drivers, moving guests between hotels and the exhibition or conference venue throughout the event days.
We can run more than one vehicle on the same day, repeated shuttle trips between the hotel and the exhibition, and executive cars for speakers and VIP guests, with an accompanying supervisor on request. The service runs on a daily rental basis, for one day or several consecutive days.

Shuttle trips between the hotel and the venue
At exhibitions and conferences where guests stay in one or more hotels, buses run repeated shuttle trips between the hotels and the venue during set hours, so guests do not need to arrange their own transport.
For exhibition guests at opening and closing times, when numbers are high, more than one bus can run at the same time. Speakers and VIP guests are better served by executive cars with driver on their own schedule.
For large groups, the bus seats up to 50 passengers.
Daily bus rental for events
Event vehicles are booked on a daily rental basis: for one day or several consecutive days, with a set program for each day. The vehicle can stay with your team all day, or run round trips at set times.
Corporate events and trips in AlUla
AlUla hosts events and visits all year round. We move company guests and event teams there between accommodation and event sites, with the company's own vehicles and advance booking. Because distances in and around AlUla are long, write out each day's program with its locations and times.
