Delegation transport from the airport through the visit program

When an official or business delegation visits your company or organization, its impression starts the moment it arrives. We arrange the delegation's transport from the airport to the hotel, then between meeting venues and visit sites throughout the program, and finally the return trip to the airport.

We choose vehicles based on the size of the delegation and the level of the guests: executive cars for VIP guests, vans for small groups, and buses for large delegations. A supervisor can accompany the delegation on request, and drivers dress as your organization requests.

How it works

    Arrival and departure times, number of guests, and the locations for each day.

  2. We assign the vehicles

    We suggest vehicles based on the size of the delegation and its luggage: executive cars, vans or buses.

  3. We confirm the details

    We send the booking details and the drivers' details before the arrival time.

  4. Reception and transfers

    The vehicles take the delegation from the airport to the hotel, then between the program locations.

  5. Return trip

    The delegation is taken to the airport at the agreed departure time.

  • Tell the team early about any change in the flight time so the reception can be rearranged, subject to availability.
  • A lot of luggage may need a larger vehicle, even if there are only a few guests.
  • You can request a supervisor to accompany the delegation. Mention it in your request so it is included in the quote.

Riyadh airport and other airport transfers

Most requests start at Riyadh airport, as the company is based in Riyadh. We also serve airports in other regions of the Kingdom, such as Dammam, Jeddah and AlUla, with the company's own vehicles and advance booking.

For airport reception in Riyadh, send the flight number and arrival time, and choose a meeting point that suits you. For one or two guests, an executive car with driver may be enough.
