Alawal Buses
About Alawal Buses
Alawal Buses is a Saudi company based in Riyadh that rents whole buses and vehicles with a driver. We work mainly with companies that need dependable transport for staff, guests and events.
We rent the whole vehicle with a driver. No tickets or single seats, and no self-drive rental.
About Alawal Buses
Who we serve
Operations, HR and procurement teams in companies, and event organizers. We also take requests from groups that need a whole vehicle with driver.
What we offer
Daily rental, monthly rental and scheduled staff transport. We do not sell tickets or single seats, and we do not rent without a driver.
How bookings work
The team asks for the pick-up point, destination, date, time and payment method, and completes any other details. Once agreed, we arrange the vehicle and driver and send booking details, including the driver's details.
Changes and breakdowns
Details can be adjusted with the team before the trip, subject to availability. If a vehicle breaks down we work to provide a replacement to complete the trip and tell you the arrangement.
Coverage
We take requests from across the Kingdom; our head office is in Riyadh. This does not mean a branch in every city: the vehicle starts from your pick-up point, and availability is confirmed by region, date and vehicle type.
Payment
A deposit may be required, as agreed. The team explains the available payment method for each request; payment is not taken on the website.
Why Alawal Buses
What you can check before booking
Ask for a written quote with the vehicle, time and pick-up point before paying.
You receive the booking details, including the driver's details, before the trip.
Ask about replacement-vehicle and supervisor arrangements in the quote if they matter to you.
Services
Three ways to rent a vehicle with driver
Choose by how long and how often you need transport. Every service includes the whole vehicle with a driver; the price is set after we review your request.
